Zenda Consulting was a Digital Product and Service Design agency based in New York City. As a team, we specialized in understanding the event of work and how people, policy, tools, and data integrate with each other to effectively achieve business goals. Our goal was to foster transformative change within organizations through digitally driven, human centered product solutions.

My role as a Design Consultant was to operate as a strategic partner with business SMEs to connect with their internal teams, understand work operations, and identify deficiencies that could be addressed and improved with Human-Centered Design thinking

I learned and adapted to speak the language of everyone, from engineers to business SME’s, developing my skills as a critical thinker and growing my business acumen. These skills directly informed how I demonstrate the value of design, and how it can be leveraged as a tool to bring real change to business operations.

My work wasn’t about only delivery high quality designs, but also about building trust and consensus to bring great ideas to life
