I joined Capital One in August 2022 as a Design Strategist on their Risk Experience Design team supporting internal facing Risk Servicing and Risk Management platforms and applications.

Since joining, I have transitioned from Design strategy into a more full-service product design role covering capabilities from foundational discovery research to end-to-end design services and implementation support.

In my role, I support various strategic and product initiatives to help standardize processes, practices, and capabilities across the risk management suite of tools at Capital One.
